Dallas City Council Votes on Preston Center Skybridge & Dallas Midtown Today

Dallas City Council has two high-profile commercial real estate projects on its 101-item agenda today: giving the nod for Harlan Crow to add a skybridge between the Pavilion building and the parking garage in Preston Center and approving $431M in TIF funds for Dallas Midtown (the redevelopment at Valley View Mall). Things look good for the skybridge, FrontBurner reports. And, Beck Group's Scott Beck expects to get the green light for the TIF funds to move forward with his massive development, according to the Dallas Morning News.
