Dallas Billionaire Places Penthouse on Market for $7.9M

Robert Rowling has placed his penthouse atop the Fort Worth Omni on the market for $7.9B. The billionaire is the founder of Omni Hotels and Resorts’ holding company, TRT Holdings.

The nearly 11k SF penthouse was listed last week by Dallas-based Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International. The luxurious mansion in the sky includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, two dining areas, five living rooms and a four-car garage.

The home also has its own private entrance with elevators and five balconies that provide stunning views of the Fort Worth skyline. Rowling has an estimated net worth of $6.5B[DBJ]
