Comp Exchange Researches the Addison Submarket

CompStak researchers studied the Addison Quorum Bent Tree Office Market and found that the average effective rent for office tenants has increased to around $19/SF since the pre-recession highs. Landlords in the submarket have been awarding tenant improvement allowances as high as $17/SF recently.
