Coopers & Stebbins, Southlake Town Square developers, plan to add 36 luxury condo units to the mix in the center’s garden district. Called The Parkview Residences, the project creates a walkable community within the shops and restaurants, according to the Dallas Business Journal. The Marquis Group will bring the project to market. No time frame was released for the project. [DBJ]
