Olympus Property is the proud new owner of the AMLI 7th Street apartment community in Fort Worth. IPA Texas' Will Balthrope, Drew Kile and Rowan Burch repped AMLI Properties in the sale, which more than 60 potential buyers toured, according to the Dallas Business Journal.

The 189-unit complex sits on eight acres and boasts a dog park, a resort-style pool, courtyards and a media center. The complex is only a five-minute walk from the restaurants and nightlife offered by downtown Fort Worth. [DBJ]
