It’s not only retail, hotel and corporate relocations that have Frisco growing like crazy. The city will get 312 new units of multifamily as Phase 2 of Silver Oak Multifamily Capital’s Emerson Court begins construction in Frisco Market Center.

The first phase of Emerson at Frisco Market Center is 410 units and fully occupied. Both properties are at the northwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Main Street in Frisco.

Silver Oak managing partner Tim Gottsacker says his firm was drawn to Frisco because of the schools, shopping, recreation and access to expanding employment.

The four-story complex will have a connected five-story parking garage. Gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops can be found in these one-, two- and three-bedroom units that range in monthly rent from $1,100 to $2,200. Property amenities include a fitness center and two landscaped interior courtyards with an outdoor pool, fireplaces, BBQ and picnic areas.

Emerson Court’s project team includes CBG Building Co and BGO Architects.
