Private Investor Snaps Up Class-B Property 10 Minutes From Downtown

Marcus & Millichap sold Deer Creek, a 104-unit Class-B property in Dallas. The property, which was constructed in the mid-1980s, attracted 29 property tours and 13 offers during the marketing period and the transaction closed just 60 days after an agreement was reached.

Marcus & Millichap’s Ford Braly and Al Silva marketed for the seller.

The new buyer, a local investor, plans to enhance the curb appeal of the property and raise rents to competitive market value.

The garden-style apartments are in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes east of Downtown Dallas.
