Presidium Acquires Second Dallas Multifamily Complex

Presidium Group acquired Villas on Forest Springs, a Class-B, 516-unit Dallas-area multifamily property near Texas Instruments.

Presidium plans to implement value-add upgrades to the 1970 property, including renovating unit interiors and improving landscaping. Additionally, the complex will be rebranded as The Link.

The acquisition is Presidium’s second in Dallas. The company snapped up Thread Apartments in 2014.
