NE Development will break ground Thursday on the tallest multifamily building in Plano, LVL29. The 29-story, 328-unit complex designed by Humphreys and Partners with interiors by Henderson Design Studio will be constructed by Hunt Construction.

NE Development will break ground Thursday on the tallest multifamily building in Plano, LVL29. The 29-story, 328-unit complex designed by Humphreys & Partners with interiors by Henderson Design Studio will be built by Hunt Construction.

The ellipses-shaped building in Legacy West will have units ranging from 600 SF to 3,800 SF and a seven-story parking garage. Amenities include a fitness center, a yoga room, a pool and lounge veranda and a 24-hour concierge. Leasing will begin December 2018 and completion is slated for May 2019.
