The Latest Multifamily Concept At Hebron 121 Station In Lewisville Looks Like Single-Family Homes.

KWA Construction finalized Phase 5 of the Hebron 121 Station resort community in Lewisville, adding 272 apartment units to the community.

The $35.5M construction phase included the build-out of apartment units designed using the Big House concept created by Humphreys & Partners Architects.

Much like single-family homes, the apartment units have private stairways — even to the upper-level units — personal garages, walkout patios and balconies.

“The Big House design concept is spreading to multifamily communities across the nation and establishes units that are single-home-like in appearance, but still contain coveted apartment amenities,” KWA Construction President Brian Webster said. “We are eager to see how this Humphreys & Partners signature design will improve the quality of life for our neighbors here in North Texas.”

Phase 5 features 301K SF of development and includes the creation of 35 three-story, wood-framed buildings, 22 Big House apartments and 13 townhomes.
