Former co-founder and president of Venterra Realty Greg Finch has founded a value-add multifamily firm called Hilltop Residential. The company acquires and renovates multifamily communities in Texas and Southern states. 

Finch has completed more than $4.2B in multifamily transactions and led the team involved in the purchase of more than 100 properties and 25,000 multifamily units in Texas and other states.

Hilltop’s goals are to provide risk-adjusted returns to investors by targeting properties that produce cash flow and capital appreciation and to renovate properties for maximum value. 

Joining the executive team of Hilltop Residential as vice presidents are Max Monzon, formerly of Raintree Resorts International Inc., and Brad Kosley, formerly with Cushman & Wakefield.

The company will begin identifying Class-A and Class-B properties in Houston and throughout Texas that were built in 1990 or later.
