ConAm Plans Major Makeover for Englewood Property

ConAm Group acquired the 296-unit PeakView Place in Englewood and plans to spend $5.5M to renovate it, including full interior upgrades and various enhancements to the common areas and landscaping (the new look is illustrated here). ConAm CEO Rob Singh tells us the investment will pay off because the property's in one of the strongest markets in greater Denver, close to transit (such as light rail) and within Denver’s largest employment center, the 850-acre Denver Technological Center.
