California Buyer Nabs Denver Apts from Texas Seller

The apartment deals just keep coming in greater Denver. Northern California investor Virtú Investments acquired the 120-unit Remington Place at 8000 E Girard for $15M from Busboom Group in Dallas. ARA Colorado’s Terrance Hunt says that the price was well below replacement cost, allowing Virtú to upgrade the property, which is currently 95% occupied. The recent addition of a Whole Foods and Target across the street added to its desirability, says Terrance, who repped Bushoom in the deal long with colleagues Shane Ozment, Andy Hellman, and Kevin Jewett.
