Building Alert: New Multifamily Property In Fort Worth

Permits for a new multifamily community have been filed for the site at 1001 West Rosedale St. in Fort Worth. The permit lists the project as “Oleander II.” Oleander Walk Apartments is a Lang Partners development that was slated to begin construction early this year. Permits were filed on March 15, according to BuildZoom.com.

Lang Partners’ website indicates the complex will house 390 units in the Near Southside hospital district, and according to the permit, the community is to encompass 241K SF. The whole project is valued at $30M. Construction is out to bid.
