Bright Realty Hosts General Contractor Appreciation Event At Discovery At The Realm

Bright Realty celebrated the latest milestone in the development of its Castle Hills multifamily project, Discovery at The Realm, by hosting an appreciation event for general contractors at the site. The first of Discovery at The Realm’s 423 apartment units are leasing now.

Joining the Bright Realty development, leasing and marketing teams were representatives from general contractor Andres Construction, including SVP Warren Andres and Discovery at The Realm project manager Jared Powell.

Located south of Windhaven Parkway at Castle Hills Drive in Lewisville, Discovery at The Realm’s first phase features three buildings on 20-plus acres. All Phase 1 units will be delivered by October. The total project costs $75M.

Discovery at The Realm is the first project to fulfill Bright Realty’s plans for The Realm at Castle Hills, a mixed-use with office, retail and dining that will include more than 4,000 apartment units.
