Plans for New Frisco Station Released

Developers have released plans for Frisco Station (which is adjacent to the new Dallas Cowboys world HQ), D Real Estate Daily reports. The $1B mixed-use project (developed by The Rudman Partnership, Hillwood Properties and VanTrust Real Estate) will include 4M SF of office space, 2,400 multifamily residences, restaurant and entertainment venues, medical and wellness facilities, and open spaces and parks, according to the story.
