Another Uptown mixed-use tower is one step closer to opening. Knox Heights at 4646 McKinney Ave on the corner of McKinney Avenue and Knox Street topped out with plans to complete construction early next year.
The six-story tower will feature 182 multifamily units with 14k SF of retail on the ground floor. A 2k SF fitness center, a 5k SF amenity deck and pool, and a 363-space parking garage will compete with other new towers in the Uptown area.

Project partners High Street Residential and Northwestern Mutual Real Estate will begin pre-leasing later this summer.
Good Fulton & Farrell serves as the project architect, and Andres Construction Services is the general contractor.
