$200M Mixed-Use Project Kicks Off Near Love Field

A $200M mixed-use project named West Love is coming soon near Love Field and Dallas’ Medical District. It's kicking off with a 150k SF office building developed by KDC on a 37-acre plot. Adjacent will be apartments, two hotels retail and restaurants, reports the Dallas Business Journal. The 224-room dual-branded Aloft and Element hotel is being developed by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Atlanta Hotels Group and Civitas Capital Group and should be completed by December 2016. The apartments and retail buildings are being developed by Los Angeles’ Highridge Partners and are expected to be completed mid-2017. [DBJ]
