A Taiwanese technology company is about to kick off the $20M build-out of its new advanced manufacturing facility in Plano.
Sysgration America Corp. filed a permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to begin work on nearly 100K SF at 3724 E. Plano Parkway in June. Construction is expected to take roughly eight months.

The Plano City Council approved a $2.4M economic incentive package for the company in February. As part of the agreement, Sysgration has committed to investing millions of dollars to develop the property and hiring more than 150 employees by the end 2029, WFAA reported.
Opening a manufacturing plant in North Texas will allow Sysgration to broaden its U.S. operations and optimize its supply chain, according to WFAA. The firm manufactures and sells automotive electronics, power devices, energy storage systems and more.
Plano is among a growing list of North Texas jurisdictions offering incentives to encourage industrial investment.
