Skin and wound care manufacturer Swiss American CDMO inked a 132K SF lease in Carrollton, bringing the firm's total footprint in North Texas to 266K SF.

The DFW-based firm executed a lease for an additional 132K SF inside a warehouse and industrial distribution center at 1540 Luna Road in Carrollton this month.
The space sits less than a mile away from the firm's headquarters and allows it to almost double its manufacturing and distribution space.
“The city council is pleased that Swiss American CDMO has chosen to stay in Carrollton and expand into a new industrial warehouse and distribution center," Carrollton Mayor Kevin Falconer said in a statement.
"Focusing on a strong workforce and empowering businesses are, and will remain, major city council objectives. In fact, we work hard to make Carrollton the place that both families and businesses want to call home.”
By adding new distribution and storage space, the company is now able to grow its lab services and production lines.
