Cabot Properties & Stream JV on 323k SF Grand Prairie Project

Cabot Properties and Stream Realty Partners broke ground on a 323k SF two-building spec industrial project at Roy Orr and Trinity Boulevard on an 18.4-acre site in the Great Southwest submarket. Stream reps tell us the site is the net result of an aggregation of three tracts totaling 40 acres and the simultaneous sale of 21 acres to a third party. The 144k SF rear-load building and the 179k SF front-load building will accommodate tenants from 35k SF up to 175k SF. Stream’s Cannon Green will oversee the development and will work with colleague Luke Davis to market and lease the project. Stream construction manager Steve Riordan will manage the project through completion. The project is expected to deliver in the Q2 ‘16.
