Polyguard Snaps Up 388k SF In Corsicana

Polyguard Products purchased a 388k SF industrial property on 34 acres on 1901 South Hwy 287 in Corsicana. Polyguard plans to use the facility to increase its manufacturing production capabilities.

The two buildings have 6” reinforced concrete floors, 37’ ceilings, and a BNSF rail line running along the northeast border of the property.

Basic Sportswear Co was the seller, repped by Binswanger SVP Holmes Davis.
