ML Realty Partners kicked off Phase 2 construction of Park West Crossing, which includes four Class-A industrial buildings totaling more than 304k SF.
ML Realty Partners plans to build eight buildings totaling 612k SF at the 74-acre master planned business park north of DFW International Airport.
Tenants will start taking occupancy in Q4 2016.
