Mercer Business Park Gets New Tenant

Plumbing distributor Moore Supply Co inked 106k SF in Billingsley's Mercer Industrial No. 4 at Mercer Business Park in Dallas and Farmers Branch.

Moore will occupy about one-third of No. 4's 330k SF in a 10-year lease.

The building broke ground last month and will deliver in September 2017, at which time Moore will move in. Moore Supply Co will build a large office and showroom, and use the remaining space for storage and distribution.

Billingsley still has 224k SF available in that building and 102k SF available in Mercer Industrial No. 3.
