Billingsley Co scored another tenant at Mercer Business Park. Levantina USA signed a 10-year, 100k SF lease in Mercer Industrial No. 3.

Levantina is one of the largest natural stone companies in the world. Headquartered in Spain, Levantina USA is the domestic branch with showrooms in Dallas, Austin, Atlanta and Chicago.

Mercer Business Park boasts several natural stone and tile tenants, such as ICM by the Stone Collection, Trinton Stone and Interceramic Tile.

Billingsley still has 104k SF of vacancy at Mercer Business Park with plans to start on its fourth building soon.
