Hotel brands EVEN, Staybridge Suites and InterContinental Hotel Group’s new Avid brand will occupy portions of the 320-room hotel campus.

The three-brand Civitas Capital Group hotel development offers business and leisure travelers the ability to choose a brand from the amenities offered on-site.

Travelers interested in fitness can select the 110-room EVEN brand, which offers wellness and fitness amenities for health-oriented guests.

Meanwhile, Staybridge Suites expects to offer 115 rooms inside its existing upscale extended-stay concept. IHG’s 95-room Avid brand provides guests with clean and modern room designs, a 24-hour market, and breakfast for busy travelers looking for the basics inside a modern environment.

"The new hotels are a perfect addition to Avion Business Park’s master plan and will play a big role in attracting corporate office interest," KDC Senior Vice President Bill Guthrey said in a statement. "These hotels are a wonderful asset that will integrate well into the walkable business park, making our remaining 26 acres of office land primed for development."

The hotel campus is situated near DFW Airport’s north entrance off State Highway 114.

Construction begins in the first quarter of 2020, with the hotel slated for a fourth quarter 2021 completion date.
