Azteca Enterprises has filed permits to renovate and add to the historic Ambassador Hotel at 1312 South Ervay St.

The permits are valued at $34.1M, according to BuildZoom.com, and they outline plans to add multifamily units to the property. The permits list out the renovation/creation of 103 residential units. The whole project is slated to encompass roughly 100K SF including the multifamily units and a new, roughly 2K SF pool house.
