“Completing a new lease of this size speaks to the quality and attributes of our property, as well as the demand for the amenity-rich Las Colinas submarket,” said Pangburn, a Piedmont executive vice president, in a statement.

Cooper, a Cushman & Wakefield vice chairman, cited Las Colinas' amenity expansion, multifamily growth and infrastructure development as primary drivers for the increased interest in the Las Colinas office submarket.

Gartner has leased 6011 Connection Drive through 2034.
