The former site of the Old Warsaw restaurant is now up for sale and it could command a near-record price. The site was originally slated to become an office tower, but the owners decided instead to sell off the plot, according to the Dallas Morning News.
Its location on Maple Avenue gives it a staggering market value, and potential buyers could be looking at paying $400/SF.
That price is comparable to what Trammell Crow and MetLife paid for the Park District high-rise development.
This Maple Avenue plot is one of the last available high-rise sites in Uptown.
