Another Apartment Building Is Going Up In The Knox Street Area

Another apartment building is on its way up in the Knox street area. The latest budding building is the Hudson complex, a 124-unit project on McKinney Avenue, according to the Dallas Morning News. Trinsic Residential is heading up the project.

Dallas multifamily development is booming. According to ApartmentData.Com research through July 31, there are 13 buildings under construction and 12 recently opened properties in the Hudson's submarket (Highland Park/Uptown/Oaklawn) alone.

The Hudson is replacing an older condominium that used to occupy the lot near Monticello Avenue east of Highland Park, and it is slated to open in 2019.
