The sky’s the limit! Skybox Datacenters, a Dallas-based company, started construction on a new facility in the Legacy submarket of Plano. The multi-phase project will feature 350k SF of Class-A office on 21 acres. Phase 1 will include the construction of a 150k SF data center to be completed in October 2016.
The location is on a secure site well above the flood zones. It's designed to LEED Silver standard and boasts a six-inch concrete roof deck to withstand high winds. The groundbreaking ceremony will be March 29.
