Tech Center One Breaks Ground In Allen

Tech Center One, to be constructed by JaRyCo Development, had its official groundbreaking March 17 and we were on the scene. JaRyCo president Bruce Heller tells us the 94k SF three-building center is set to have a balance of office and warehouse space to accommodate companies' growing needs. Building one is on track to be completed by August. We snapped the groundbreaking team, including Allen Mayor Stephen Terrell.
