Going to Work Got a Little Prettier

When Parmenter Realty Partners asset manager Josh Hedderich looked around the newly acquired Rambler Park (7557 Rambler Rd) last summer, the lovely gallery-like lobby was missing something: color. Parmenter tapped local artists Mark Whitmarsh and Carlyn Ray (a former Dale Chihuly understudy) to create works as part of a $2.4M capital improvement program.

Continuing the art theme, Parmenter partnered with Big Thought (among its outreach initiatives is its arts partners program, which aims to expose all DISD elementary students to the arts through creative learning programs). Here’s Big Thought’s Daniel Morgan, Parmenter’s Alan Rubenstein and Josh, and Big Thought’s Randee Paur Hefflefinger and Irene Hosford with a giant check. We can’t wait to see the big deposit slip.
