Boxer Property Gives Thanks

Boxer Property's Gena Terranova and Jillian Brody gave thanks for a nice potluck lunch at the office last week. They tell us that Boxer recently experienced some leadership role changes with founder Andrew Boxer stepping into the chairman and CEO role. He'll focus on acquisitions, company strategy, and corporate relations. Justin Segal (who was COO) will become president. He will continue to manage leasing, property management, marketing, engineering and construction, and technology, as well as overseeing Boxer's sustainability and innovation programs. Boxer also grew in Dallas with the acquisition of the 153k SF 4100 Spring Valley Road asset. Plenty for which to be thankful.
