Structured Development founding principal Mike Drew (snapped with Marshall Bennett) was honored with the Lifetime Industry Leadership Award at the 13th annual Real Estate Gala hosted by the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate, Roosevelt University, held at the Four Seasons. 1871 CEO Howard Tullman was the keynote speaker, and more than 450 attended the event, which provides over half the institute’s annual operating budget as well as support for named funds and scholarships. After starting in 2002 with 25 people in its initial class, the institute (one of the largest real estate grad programs in the country) today has more than 50 enrolled and more than 350 graduates.
