Marquette Cos.wants To Build 160 Apartments On This Vacant Lot At Walton And Noble In Noble Square.

Marquette Cos. announced its second Chicago multifamily project in a week, with a proposal to build 160 luxury rentals in Noble Square. The site Marquette is targeting is a vacant 50K SF lot at Walton and Noble owned by the Polish Roman Catholic Union, according to Curbed Chicago.

The development will have affordable housing set-asides per the city's Affordable Requirements Ordinance.

Last week, Marquette announced plans to build a 263-unit apartment building in Fulton Market.
