Kiser Institutional Group Celebrates the Big Launch at Untitled

Kiser Institutional Group had a celeb guest when Mayor Emanuel stopped by its recent launch party at Untitled in River North. Snapped with the Mayor: KIG partners Susan Tjarksen, Todd Stofflet (whom we recently got to know better) and Lee Kiser. The woman-owned commercial real estate brokerage and development consulting firm specializes in institutional multifamily properties throughout the Midwest. The firm has 3,000 units across the Chicago metro, Northwest Indiana and Kentucky coming to market this month.
