100 W Huron: Condo Project Makes Debut Splash

Related Realty prez David Wolf (snapped with Akara Partners CEO Rajen Shastri and Booth Hansen principal Larry Booth) co-hosted a party last week kicking off 100 W Huron, one of the few new condo developments downtown. (Akara is the developer and Booth the architect.) The event was held across the street from the site at the swanky Godfrey Hotel. Related Realty was tapped as the exclusive sales and marketing team for the 28-unit building, expected to deliver in spring 2016, David tells us. Given the lack of new product and sky-high apartment rents, he expects heavy demand. The property will include two-, three-, and four-bedroom plans, a fitness center, dog run, and 24-hour door staff.
