North Wells Capital Acquires River North Office Building

North Wells Capital, the investment arm of Urban Innovations, is adding to its River North portfolio with the acquisition of 308 West Erie St. North Wells Capital bought the 45K SF mixed-use building and an adjacent 7,719 SF parking lot at 600 North Franklin for an undisclosed sum.

The seven-story building includes 37K SF of office space and 8,500 SF of retail and is fully occupied. The building was renovated in 2015, and the parking lot can hold 38 cars.

North Wells Capital and Urban Innovations own and manage 10 properties in River North, including 314 West Superior, 212 West Superior, 325 West Huron and 301 West Huron.
