Strategic Hotels & Resorts is putting the Marriott Lincolnshire Resort on the market. Strategic hired Jameson & Co to court buyers for the 389-room hotel at 10 Marriott Dr in Lincolnshire after determining the property doesn't fit in with its portfolio of luxe hotels. The hotel's RevPAR of $142.63 is the lowest in Strategic's portfolio. The broker has already identified a buyer, according to Crain's. [Crain's]
