Designed By Robert A.m. Stern Architects, One Bennett Park Will Reach The 50-Story Mark This Week. The 70-Story Residential Tower Is Scheduled For Completion In Early 2019.

One Bennett Park will not be completed until early 2019, but the Streeterville apartment tower is rising to its full height at a fast clip. Related Midwest announced that crews are pouring the 49th-floor deck and 50th-floor core walls this week, bringing the structure's height to more than 540 feet.

One Bennett Park is one of Chicago's most anticipated multifamily developments in a construction pipeline that is expected to deliver over 12,000 new units to downtown Chicago's inventory through 2019. Related Midwest began construction of One Bennett Park last year. The tower will be 70 stories, and contain a mix of 279 apartments and 69 luxury condos. One Bennett Park is slated to be Chicago's tallest all-residential tower.

The 69 condo residences will be on One Bennett Park's 41st through 66th floors, include two-, three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 1,737 to 7,500 SF, priced between $1.9M and $15M. Related Midwest secured a $240M construction loan for One Bennett Park last December.
