The tenant rep pro had a great 2013, though a recovering market means he can’t do as much deal magic for his tenants as in years past, he jokes. But there are still opportunities to be had in a landlords’ market. And investment sales in the Chicago metro have become a very active part of Corey’s business.
Here’s a 150-pound black tip shark the boys caught, which is apparently a common sight around the Keys. Corey recently completed a 150k SF deal for Tec Air in Munster, Ind., along with a 250k SF lease renewal for DesignPac in Melrose Park. As for Jackson, he’s a junior at Deerfield High School, an avid fisherman, and expects to be at the negotiating table soon enough.
