Speaking of I-55, ProLogis just leased a new space to Sanyo Electric Co. Inc. in Building 2 of its Park 55  development. The 215k SF lease is the second ProLogis has signed with Sanyo this month; at the beginning of April, the two companies signed a lease in Japan. The building is part of a 3.1 M SF development that spans six buildings near Weber Road, I-55 and Route 53. Other tenants in the park include Kimberly Clark  and Procter & Gamble. But like Sammy Hagar, we can't drive 55 (without seeing a building we like). Ok we promise, fewer rock lyric allusions tomorrow.
