We also caught up with R&R Equity Partners prez Brett Bosworth (right), who was in from West Des Moines; Draper and Kramer VP Carter Pagehadn't come quite as far, since his office is on W Monroe. R&R manages about 6M SF of institutional-quality CRE, largely in greater Des Moines. Brett told us that with its highly educated workforce and stable economy, and with the worst of the recessionary sluggishness gone, the Des Moines area is a vastly underrated CRE market. Something for investors obsessed with coastal CRE to think about.
