The economy is more-or-less growing and retail sales have made a recovery, so the macro climate is spurringindustrial users to consider expansion or consolidation. For now, there's a reasonable amount of selection among in-fill locations in metro Chicago. Recently, Edward and VP Brad Weiner repped both the buyer and the seller of the 48k SF building at 850 W Exchange, one such infill location. |
