JLL LEASING TRYON TOWERS

Jones Lang LaSalle has been named leasing agent for the 200 South Tryon and 201 South Tryon office towers, replacing Spectrum Properties. The two Class-A office buildings, owned by MayfieldGentry Realty Advisors of Detroit, total 460k SF in the heart of Charlotte's CBD. The 200 building leases for about $20/SF, and 201 South Tryon goes for about $23. JLL?s Eric ParrisA.J. Whitehead, and Charley Leavitt have leasing duties. The buildings are home to Dean & DeLuca and McCormick & Schmick?s seafood eatery but are also within walking distance of 150 other restaurants and attractions. The buildings were extensively renovated during the 2000s. The Charlotte office of Portfolio Property Management Global will continue managing both buildings.
