McGraw Hill Doubles Space At Fort Point

McGraw-Hill Education now occupies 40k SF at 281 Summer St, which is less than a block away from the future General Electric Co HQ.

The firm plans to bring on an additional 50 workers at the Fort Point R&D space. McGraw-Hill Education originally picked up 12k SF at the space in 2014 and has rapidly expanded from there, the Boston Business Journal reports. The office focuses on the company’s digital technology.

Boston continues to emerge as both a construction innovation hub and a city with some of the greenest building practices. [BBJ]
