Hottest Boston Neighborhoods In 2016

East Boston, get ready. North Dorchester, you too.

Those two neighborhoods will see the most home value growth over the next 12 months, according to Zillow.

"People are searching for something more affordable than living in Beacon Hill and Back Bay," Zillow chief economist Dr. Svenja Gudell tells Boston.com. Part of the reason for the values rising is short supply, considering many of the new residences are high-end or luxury condos.

North Harvard, South End and Downtown Boston were next on the list. [Boston.com]
