Siena at the Ink Block condos in the South End, from developer National Development, will offer units ranging from studio to three-bedroom and will include a rooftop bar. Prices released thus far range from $645k for a 574 SF studio to $2.173M for a two-bedroom, two-bath, 1.7k SF penthouse, Curbed reports. Siena is the latest development in the booming South End’s northeastern corridor, joining the Ink Block's Sepia condo and rental apartment buildings.
