| By year-end, Whelan Associates will start construction on a 30k SF MOB at the Jordan Hospital campus in Plymouth, says WA president Bill Whelan. Like other hospitals, Jordan wants to accommodate the rising number of physicians seeking to work as hospital staff. This facility is designed for a medical group of 120 once it's completed in Q4 '13. Recently, more hospitals and physician groups are pulling the trigger on similar projects, he says.
